I put mine in the EC2.  It is quite straightforward to do.  When the PA is
installed, powered or not, the K2 senses it.  If you have the KAT2
installed, it is put into bypass mode and ANT1 is forced as the selection.
This is because the KPA100 is a good enough 50 ohm match to the K2 that the
tuner isn't needed between the two units - and it has to be, becasue the
default configuration does not allow the KAT2 to be present.

The only way to restore KAT2 functionality in this configuration is to
disconnect the AuxBus signal.
