[Elecraft] KPA100 Specs or Information

Ok, just am curious about the KPA100.  Maybe a few questions answered here 
from the Field Testers....

1.  Heat Transfer.  Has anyone done a keydown test to see how the heat sink 
does.  Does it get warm, hot or what?  When does the fan kick in?

2.  Does a new speaker come with the KPA100 kit?  If it does, that is cool.

3.  The "Anderson" connectors on the back?  Where do you get them?  Also, 
the rear pictures show a ...well...different kind of mounting issue for 
those connectors.  Is that a prototype thing or reversed engineered or a 
change of mind, or what.  I am not say its bad, but it looks "unusual."

4.  Has anyone put the KPA100 on RTTY or continuous duty output?

5.  When going from 100 watts to 10 watts automatically, does the output 
shift back to the BNC connector or does it stay with the SO239?  Stupid 
question, but a teacher told me once there is not such thing as a stupid 
question, just stupid answers.  How does 160 work on it?  Do you still have 
the separate RX input?

6.  Will the manual be up on the Web site soon?  I want to read it of course.
