David,
Yes, aluminum and copper will react - not good.
Use a clamp rated for Aluminum AND copper, and use OX-GUARD or a similar
product - especially on the aluminum part of the connection.
You can find double ended (or double holed) clamps if you need to connect a
copper wire to an aluminum wire, or use a properly rated clamp (AL/CU
designation) if you are connecting a copper ground rod to aluminum wire or
vice-versa.
