[Elecraft] Software inquiry

I've used Spectrogram to align the filters in my K2 and I
must say that it is a first rate piece of software.  Question:
Are there other programs that take audio signals and pump
them into the PC sound card that will do the following(?):

- Frequency counter
- Oscilloscope

I know Spectrogram is capable of indirect frequency measurement
if you glide the cursor over the "spike" in which you are interested,
but I was wondering if there is anything out there capable of higher
accuracy.  Granted, the software I'm asking about would be limited
to the audio range of the PC sound card, but for many adjustments,
in the K2 or otherwise, it would be quite useful.
