[Elecraft] twisting wires for KAT2 Toroid

Hold the two wires parallel against each other.  Clamp one end of the pair
in a vise.
Clamp the other pair end in a drill.  Now run it slowly and you will see the
wires
twist together in a very even and equal spaced way.

I'm at the step where I twist the wires together for T1 (on the ATU control
board)

Anyone have any surefire tip(s) for twisting the 2 wires together that
result in a consistent turns per inch?  Plus, all I seem to be doing is
wrapping one wire around the other (instead of 'intertwining' them)
