Thanks, that's one I hadn't seen.  Seems much like the Tandem Match 
in the Handbook.  Might be an alternative but building the latter 
would be more fun, and a bit cheaper, I think.

The Palstar caught my eye because it has a cross needle meter and 
most of the others with that type of movement don't seem to be all 
that great in the eham review department, at least those that might 
read lower power ranges.
