[Elecraft] K2 RTC drifts 1 min per day!

Last night I checked again the accuracy of my RTC (and a few reflector
messages from the past about this issue).

It turns out that the RTC is pretty much inline with the specs NOW.  The
issue I saw a couple of days seems to have been evident only shortly
after the initial install/setting.  Some messages on the reflector
indicate that electronic component's parameters might change quite a bit
in the first hours/days of operation (kind of need to break in).  Well,
that could be what have happened here.

Checking the time after about 2 hours of setting it to WWV did not
indicate any accuracy.  2 Hours is not a long time, but I would have
seen some delta if the RTC would be off by, say >=3D 15s/day. =20

Now, I guess it is time to let some time pass and see, (:-).

I think the size of the error Andreas is getting is not fixable by
changing this
capacitor.  I would guess that his crystal is defective.
