[Elecraft] T1/T2 two layer winding on KFL1-4 winding

Thanks for your info. I am having trouble with the 15m band. I can't get
anything tuned. I "think" that I have the other bands tuned properly in
the receiver area, but the 21MHz band will not respond. I am pulling the
coils and rewinding them. I will start on checking out the capacitors if
that does not work.
