You will not need encouragement, Daniel;  the Elecraft kits are 
self-encouraging.  Once you start, you will not be able to put it down 
until it's finished.  Perhaps DIScouragement is what you will need ;-)

Just follow the manual, page by page, and you will not go wrong.
