[Elecraft] K1 Rendering

OK, except for getting the texture on the knobs right, I think I'm pretty
much done.  For those of you who are curious how it was done, I posted the
source at

It's kind of long and gangly, but those things tend to happen.

I've only got an 800x600 image up there right now, I'll render another
1280x1024 and put it up tomorrow.
