[Elecraft] K2 - RF board R60 -- what's it for?

We originally thought that we'd get better SSB performance at a higher bias
leve, but it turns out the best point for SSB is at the minimum setting of the
pot (which is still well above zero).

We will probably design the POT out of the circuit and put in fixed values some
time in the future. (No date planned yet..)
