[Elecraft] go-no go?

K1 #1126 under construction here. I'm on the RF board making resistance
checks as requested on p.29 of the Revision F manual. All measurements are
within spec except one - P1 pin 8. Instead of greater than 100K, I'm getting
about 1.8 K. I've gone over the board to check for obvious errors. All parts
seem to be where they belong, all diodes to this point are oriented
correctly, and I don't see any obvious soldering boo boos. Is this something
to be overly concerned about, and if so, any suggestions as to where to
start looking ?
