Try your local Radio Shack store. I have a RS SWR meter and it has a short 
plug-in antenna so it also functions as a field strength meter.  It is old 
and I doubt if it is still marketed, but they may have something else.  On 
the larger picture, unless you are trying to find out the FB ratio of a 
beam, I don't think a FS meter is very useful.  That's probably why it's 
not in the ARRL handbook.  MFJ and Autec sell antenna analyzers that are 
useful.  You should first start with a SWR meter.  Although more expensive, 
one that reads forward and reverse power with a dual needle meter is the 
most useful.  Check MFJ.  I have an old MFJ SWR Wattmeter that still works, 
and also a newer Daiwa one.
