[Elecraft] Speaker Project with EC2?????

While having dreams of the 100 Watt module and waiting for it to be born I
have had other ideas of late and a hankering to build!  I have been
contemplating ordering another EC2 and putting something in it.  My next
project maybe a speaker of some sort.  I know the speaker sounds find on the
K2 and I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel.  I am merely having ideas of a
K2 console line. My question is this.  Does anyone know of any "WORTHWHILE"
kits to build and/or use for filtering with an external speaker to use with
the K2? Have any of you put thought into this? What speaker could you
recommend that would fit the enclosure? Should I use the same speaker with
the K2? My concern is after you drill the enclosure for venting and such how
do I touch up the inside of the holes? Is there matching paint available to
do touchups? I am thinking in terms of SSB as well as CW.

I also am considering taking one of my switching PS and putting it in an EC2
soon.  I know some do not care for switching PS but I have really had no
problem with the ones I have. I hope to add some meters and such to this
project as well.

I realize these are not the most economical projects but what the hey! I
feel the need to build!  Suggestions appreciated. Tnx & 73...
