[Elecraft] LED on frontpanel of prototype K2

Hi Sverre,

That was a "select" LED, which would be turned on whenever the VFO knob
could be used to modify a menu parameter. But in early tests we found
that operators knew that they could use the VFO knob for this, so the
LED was really unnecessary. It's a pretty standard convention in radios
these days.
