I'm sure there's a site somewhere with the 7400 series pinouts, but what I
always do is go to Google and type in the part number. Google will find the
datasheet, usually in the first page of hits. The datasheet will not only
have the pinout, but the specs, theory of operation, example circuits, etc.
This doesn't work for very obsolete parts, however.
