Oddly enough, the message you sent came through with all the information 
needed to subscribe or unsubscribe from the list. It seems some messages 
include this information and some do not.

The information included with some of the messages here is:
List-Help: <mailto:[email protected]?subject=help>
List-Post: <mailto:[email protected]>
List-Subscribe: <http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft>,
         <mailto:[email protected]?subject=subscribe>
List-Id: Elecraft enthusiast discussion group <elecraft.mailman.qth.net>
List-Unsubscribe: <http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft>,
         <mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe>
List-Archive: <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/elecraft/>

This information indicates you have two ways to unsubscribe from the list. 
One is by going to the web site using the link shown above after 
List-Unsubscribe. The other is my using the mailto link and sending a 
message to the address shown with unsubscribe as the subject.
