[Sverre Holm - LA3ZA]

I have been looking at various digital multimeters and came across the
Instek GDM354A. It sells for around 80$ and claims to have capability
for measuring inductance in addition to capacitance and frequency (15
MHz) plus all the usual V, A, ohms-ranges. It seems like a meter that
covers almost anything you could imagine.

Is anyone familiar with it and can comment on the capability to measure
L?
