I was interested that, during the last couple of years, when I began setup 
at 1800Z, how many people told me during the last 3 hours that "the contest 
was over."  It makes me wonder if its worthwhile setting up after the 
start.  There must be lots of people who simply don't answer during those 
final three hours, while you waste the first 3, when activity is immense. 
Doesn't seem cost effective.
