[Elecraft] Pre wound toroids offered for K1, K2 and accessories

Looks like a good deal, Eric.  It would seem especially appealing with 
doing the entire base K2.

One thing I could not find: Do they arrive with the leads stripped 
(and/or pre-tinned) or not?
