Dan and Crew,
I have a 465 too.  It is a dual trace, delay-capable scope.  It is a reliable 
workhorse and will easily display the frequencies you are likely to encounter 
in HF construction.  I paid a premium for mine about five years ago because I 
bought it from one of the firms that refurbishes and recalibrates, and I 
haven't regretted that either.  I wish I'd bought a 465M which had a digital 
meter attached to its top, but I didn't know enough to want one.  Now, I have 
a ten digit freq counter attached to the vertical amp port on the back of the 
scope so I can see the freq of what I am measuring.  The only stuff you won't 
see on the 465 is VHF+ harmonics/spurious which may be very high indeed in 
some devices.  But for general use, it can't be beat.
