Don't do it, Bob. It's amazing what you can work with low power and no
outside antenna. On my web page, I have described my "covert" ham station
using a wire loop inside the attic that is completely invisible to any
neighbour. If you don't even have an attic, an MFJ magnetic loop used
indoors will work very well. It obviously helps to use CW or PSK, but I
have had quite a few contacts using SSB as well.
