Generally this happend because you are SUBSCRIBED to the reflector with two 
different e-mail addresses, and the reflector sends files to both addresses.

You should receive, monthly, an e-mail from the server administrator, 
confirming your subscription, AND your logonID and password. If you get two 
of these, check to see where they are different. That should tell you where 
the problem is.

Finally, if you receive a reply to a message which you sent, if the person 
sending the reply sends a copy directly to you AND a copy to the reflector, 
you will also receive two copies, one TO you and one thru the reflector.
