Well, almost.  The K1 and K2 are a LOT different in this respect.

The K1 uses a 602 front end.  The 602 is an amazing part, but it is more
inclined to IMD than any other choice still available.  The guys at Elecraft
did an amazing job of making the 602 behave, it is much better than any
other 602 rig I've seen, but it is pretty dramatically inferior to most rigs
using other front ends.
