I believe there were posts from Gary Surrency a while back which indicated 
that if one experienced marginal output on 10M/12M, this problem could 
(possibly) be reduced by raising T2 (I'm pretty certain it was T2 anyway) 
just a bit above the PC board.

Maybe someone can either confirm or deny my failing recollections.
