Another great example how progressive this organization claiming to be
representing US hams is. In the days of computerized logging, what is wrong
of giving proper credit per contact? Or if this is so dificult, per
operating position / band? And how about giving credit to a contester who
works the low power stations? Would that make sense to utilize the /QRP
designator in use during the contest? ( OK , the "rules" do not require
/QRP to be used.)
It has been said many times that working low power is an accomplishment on
both ends of the contact. IMHO if the conditions are lousy the guy on the
receiving end does most of the work anyway and it would not hurt to give him
extra points.
