[Elecraft] K2 On the Way -- Planning for Mods?

Definitely the xtal grounding mod!

Consider adding the CW Sidetone mod as well... it makes a fairly 
significant improvement in what you're gonna hear for hours on end while 
contesting.

As a preventive measure, e.g. easier to do now than later, add the AF GAIN 
MOD.

When you build your K2, NOTE that T2 should be elevated avobe the PC board 
about 1/8" in order to provide a bit more output on 10M/12M.

Finally, be sure to install the VFO "Walk" mod.
