[Elecraft] Grounding Crystals

I seem to remember a thread that discussed an alternate method for grounding
crystals (rather than at the top of the can) on the K2. I'm in the process
of installing the RF board crystals and would like to use the best method
for grounding them.  I'm assuming that this method was used on the RF board
crystals, I may be mistaken.  Could someone fill me in on the method, which
board, and the benefits derived?
