[Elecraft] Removing Varnish from Toroids

Toroids, removing enamel

Just a comment.  The enamel is hard to remove.  I have not ever used sandpaper, but it doesn't
sound easy on a small wound toroid.  I used the soldering iron, lots of fresh solder, & wipe.  Then I
scraped the ends with an exacto knife with a good blade.  It really takes off the crusted enamel well,
and does not nick the wire. Then I tin the ends.  The I do ohmic checks before and after inserting.
