[Elecraft] Volume increase in the K2

I would love to be able to do this too.  At home I am normally running
the AF Gain at 1 or 2 o'clock but during the FD (with air conditioning,
generator close to the trailer I was sitting in) I needed more like 3 or
4 o'clock.  Does not sound right to me...

Any mods?
