I recently posted a message about this (which started a bit of a message
thread) stating that the note should be modified to avoid possible
confusion. The notes state 0.1mFd which in current day terms would mean 0.1
millifarad but the writer was using the old meaning of microfarad.
The web page of LA3ZA which lists K2 mods indicates in the complexity
column that a 0.1uF capacitor is needed. Any capacitor with a value close
to that value should work just fine.
Cheers!
