[Elecraft] SuperFest 2002 Headline news update

Folks,

Field day is history, and it sounds like every body had a good time.
Now Super fest looms ahead, just 26 days away(!) and things are
shaping up nice:

o  Table sales continue to mount 40-50 at last count.


o  We'll have at least 2 K2/100 100W HF Transceivers available for
inspection see: http://www.elecraft.com/k2100/k2100page.htm for
specs/photos now. (Hey this a QRO rig even a QRPer can love! ;-)


o  Bike mobile?1? Yep. I've made arrangements for a bike mobile rig to
be on display in the QRP corner. In the creators own words:

"I have an 817 mounted on the handlebars, a Tokyo High Power amp on
the luggage rack, a 5AH battery in the rear pocket and an Iron Horse
vertical on a bracket on the rear rack."

More later as details are ironed out.


o  By weeks end I should have the web page updated with all the latest
and greatest.
