[Elecraft] cap values

Greetings,
In assembling the K2 RF board I've gotten a bit confused as to capacitor
values.

1.  Are the ceramic caps marked 33 with a double underbar 33pf or 3.3pf.
(C43, 47, 116, 213).  Havn't found any marked 3//3 either, which should be
3.3pf.

2.  Can't seem to find any ceramic caps marked 47. (C20, 24, 73, 203)
Can't find any marked 470.

Somebody straighten me out.  Main problem is too much stuffing and
soldering I think.  Other than this so far so good.
