[Elecraft] WA7U-KPA100(problem solved)

Found a bad connection between the KPA100 power cable and the power supply.
I was getting a voltage drop that was causing the problem.  Now getting 100
watts no problem.   Boy do I feel better.  Thanks to the list for all the
thoughts.  Todd
