I seem to be having more than my share of problems with the amp project.
Everything checks out perfectly...Anytime I go over about 60watts the PA
shuts down and I get the High Reflected status in the K2 LCD.  It then
drops to an intermittent 35 watts power output.

Is your power supply voltage holding up under the current load? I have
played with a KPA100 and noticed that it reported High Reflected on some
bands looking into a good dummy load. Turned out that the power supply
was sagging on some bands at 100 watts and that was fooling the amp into
reporting a High Reflected and shutting down.
