Van,
The only reason we have the lockwashers between the standoffs and PCB, is
because some BNC connectors were tall enough to interfere with the space
between the relays and these connectors. If your BNCs are not tall
enough to hit the relays when the boards are connected together, then
there is no need to use the lock washers at all in this location. Just
use one under each screw to prevent the screws from loosening.
