The W0KPH site is one of the sites with information on building a class of 
antenna called an EH antenna. The main site for information on this third 
type of antenna can be found at:
http://www.eh-antenna.com/

Its a completely different and rather intriguing approach to antenna design 
from what most of us are used to.
