Thanks Wayne (and the others that replied privately)
I changed the C83 to 1000 pf, and it definitely reduces the current for the 
same power output. Makes a noticable reduction in the heat output.

I was surprised how loose the PA transistors were. Those pads must really 
shrink after they get hot a few times.
