[Elecraft] an Elecraft frequency?

Right now it's mostly around the recognized QRP frequencies (3.560, 7.040,
14.060, etc.).

Now, with the release of the KPA100 it may be time to think about common
K-rig calling frequencies well away from those for QRO the ops.
