Supply voltage is reading 13.2 on the K2 display.
Requested power is 15.2w
Power out is 11w according to the RF Applications VFD

The only way to set the power control above 10w is to set the Po28 menu
option to above 10w.
Those measurements were taken with the PA setting OFF. Neat side
effect: When I simply turned the PA back on and keyed CW again, I get
132w. Symptom goes away and we're back to 109w on 10m once I move the
power control or change modes, etc.
