When in TUNE mode, "E 12.9  I 2.50"  Power into a 50-ohm dummy load on 10
meters is 12.5 watts as indicated on the K2 LCD.

My P.S. is fixed at 13.85 VDC.  In receive mode, the K2 indicates "E 13.3
 I 0.26"

Mine is set to max (15.2).  I have secondary menu item "Po28" set to
15.0.  I believe "Po28" defaults to 10.0, so maybe that's your problem.

My Drake W-4 wattmeter shows about 12 watts on the 200-watt scale.
