[Elecraft] K2 Mic config block

To Tom Hammond (N0SS),

While installing my KSB2 I 'hesitated' configuring the mic block. Since =
I have an ICOM mic I was trying to figure out how to wire the required =
10K ohm resistor without actually having to (eek!) solder anything to =
the K2's pin block.

Then I ran across your suggestion to use a displacement header from an =
old PC floppy cable. And Yup, I even had a few in my junk box (thus =
meeting that very important criteria of being free!). I doubt I'll =
rewire it if I get a different mic (I'll just build another thereby =
creating a 'set' of mic config blocks)

Just wanted to thank you publicly for trailblazing a PERFECT (and =
elegant) solution!
