No, guys, you have it all wrong...

Normally, it only costs $39 to upgrade your firmware.

But, if you actually damaged the old part, then it costs $349 for the new
MCU chip with firmware.  This is to help enforce more care on the part of
the K2 owner who accidentally damages his MCU chip.

However, as a consolation to the buyer at this price, Elecraft will include
a KPA100 Integration Kit at no extra charge!

To take advantage of this special offer, you select KPA100 on the order form
rather than KWF.  This is done by the honor system...
