[Elecraft] K2 Builder Alert #16 not needed for s/n 2696+ or f/w version 2.02f+

We have just updated builder's Alert #16 (on our builders resource page) to note
that K2s with f/w version 2.02F or later and serial numbers 2696 or higher
(including all currently shipping K2s) do not need to add the wire in this fix.
(We corrected it in firmware.)
