[Elecraft] No power in CW

Do you hear a tone in the speaker when you press the key?

If not, select MODE C on your K2 (that is CW mode).

Select MENU, InP, HAnd.

Do you hear a tone when you press the key now? If so, you should have r-f
output too.

If not, check your key connections to the plug. Key wires to to ground (the
shaft or "outer") and to the tip (the end of the plug). No connection needed
to the "ring" between the ground and tip for a manual (up and down) key.
