[Elecraft] Backward Progress - K2 CTRL BD

In troubleshooting a possible Control Bd. KIO2 problem I created more
problems somehow.
 
Now my S-meter (in dot mode) is showing 4 or 5 segments(one bright and rest
dim) dancing around (no signal present)
Hard Reset and setting of  S Hi and S Low make no differnce
So it must be a hardware failure induced by my troubleshooting.
 
Any ideas or suggestions?
