[Elecraft] Amidon, where are they?

I've found Amidon prices to be much higher than a Fair Rite distributor
(i.e. $9.00 vs $5.25 for a toroid with a 1.5 in ID, same material type )

Bought ferrites from  http://www.lodestonepacific.com/ , a distributor of
Fair Rite Corp.
