[Elecraft] Warning to those using the Kenwood(ts-2000) mic
with the K2!

As I am planning on still being able to use a Yaesu BM-10 headset with my
K2 in place of or in addition to the MH2 mic, I added the resistor inside
the MH2 connector instead of putting it inside the K2 itself. Makes it
easier to switch mics without worrying what problems (if any) might be
caused by putting 5V into the HC-5 element in the BM-10.
