[Elecraft] Off center K2 LCD display

Hey, I'm glad to hear of all you guys and your off center displays!  When I
noticed mine (about 5 minutes after mounting the board on serial 01299) I
figured I had done something wrong, but it didn't seem to bother me much --
it worked, anyway.  Now I find out *it's normal*!  Maybe I'm a better
builder than I give myself credit for...
