[Elecraft] New K2 with 5W check problem

I did the 40 meter transmitter alignment at 2 watts.

At 5 watts, only 40 meters pulls to many amps - 2.46A at 5 watts actually out
using a separate meter.

I checked the other bands and the following is what I get:
       3.750 MHz        1.56 Amps         5.6-6.4 watts out
       7.200                2.45 A              4.9-5.1 W
       10.150              1.56 A              4.8-4.9 W
       14.200              0.46                  no output
       18.200              1.54 A              5.0 W
       21.250              1.58 A              4.6 W
       25.000              1.34 A              2.8 W
       28.300              1.76                  5.4 W

A couple of times at 18.200 and also 21.250 MHz when going into Tune, I got
a high current warning and 10+ watts out. Stopped the tune, pushed it again
and it returned to normal.

I did the transmitter alignment for all bands prior to measuring the above.

Where do I go from here? Need some ideas because Gary must be out
